Dieser Dekoder entspricht dem normalen Opendecoder2, auch basierend auf einem Atmega8515.
Hier sind allerdings die Ausgänge auf einen 16-poligen Stecker geführt und dann weiter zu einer Relaisplatine mit 2 Ausgängen. Die beiden Platinen kann man trennen oder gemeinsam lassen. Bei einer Trennung wird die Verbindung mittels eines Flachbandkabels hergestellt.
Der Bausatz enthält zwei SMD-Relais

Anwendungen:
  • Kehrschleife:
    Der Dekoder wird verwendet, um fallweise das Gleissignal umzupolen. Es können 2 Kehrschleifen geschaltet werden.
  • Motorweichendekoder:
    Der Dekoder wird zum Umpolen von Motorantrieben (z.B. Fulgurex) verwendet. Es können 2 Motorweichen angesteuert werden.
  • Protocol: DCC
  • Kit version: 2.71
  • Firmware version: 0.13

This kit contains SMD components. However, soldering SMD components is much easier than expected ( 'Der richtige Umgang mit SMD' (Source: ELVjournal, German language)). You can also purchase this kit with partially preinstalled SMD components (see 'Available Options' below).

Construction manual, schematics and PCB layouts are delivered on a CD-ROM, including firmware (if applicable) and a great deal of additional information.
