If tracks are monitored by current sensors, a track is considered as "occupied" while a current flows. If the track voltage is switched off for any reason, then no current flows. The track will then be recognized as "free". If the control software is not smart enough to hold the status when track voltage is switched off, the system will get confused ... Therefore, a track voltage monitoring was implemented in the SMS88-N module.
